After purchase
What happens after checkout.
When live products are available, checkout will collect the buyer email, complete payment securely, and send a receipt with the order reference plus product access details. Keep that email so support can find the order quickly if anything needs checking.

The buyer receives a receipt showing the product, buyer email, payment status, and order reference.
3. Product access
Digital downloads or access links are delivered through the receipt flow attached to the buyer email.
4. Support lookup
