Delivery

Digital product access

Products are planned as digital downloads or access links delivered through the checkout receipt flow. The buyer email and order reference are the main details used for support.

  • Keep the receipt email after purchase.
  • Do not share private download links or product files.
  • Contact support if a link is missing, expired, or not working.

Refund policy

Refunds for digital products

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. Onix Studios will look into issues such as duplicate purchases, broken access, missing files, incorrect delivery, or a product that is materially different from its description.

  • Contact support with the buyer email and order reference.
  • Include the product name and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Refunds may not be available for change-of-mind purchases after access or download, except where required by applicable consumer law.

License terms

How purchased products can be used

Unless a product page says otherwise, purchasing an Onix Studios product grants a license to use that product in your own UEFN and Fortnite Creative projects.

  • You can use purchased assets, materials, systems, and setup files in your own creator projects.
  • You cannot resell, redistribute, leak, upload, or share raw product files as a competing product or public download.
  • You cannot claim Onix Studios product files, systems, or documentation as your own standalone product.
  • Team, studio, or multi-seat usage may require separate written permission if stated on a product page.

Terms

Storefront use

Use this website and its products responsibly. Product pages, previews, descriptions, and availability may change as products are updated or retired.

  • Prices, product details, and availability can change before purchase.
  • Products are provided for creator use and may require UEFN knowledge to implement.
  • Onix Studios may refuse support where files have been redistributed, modified beyond diagnosis, or obtained outside the intended checkout flow.
  • Onix Studios is independent and is not affiliated with Epic Games, Fortnite, Unreal Engine, UEFN, or Verse.

Privacy

Privacy and payment data

This website is a static frontend and does not run a custom account database. Payments are intended to be handled by a checkout provider, which processes payment details securely. Onix Studios should not receive or store full card numbers through this website.

  • Support emails may include your name, email address, product name, order reference, and message details.
  • Checkout providers may process buyer, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and delivery information according to their own privacy terms.
